ARC Pin Rolls
ARC’s precision pin rolls and chain belt conveyor sections are the choice of some of the biggest names in the food handling and processing industries, who depend on us to sustain their light-to-medium duty conveyor systems throughout the world.
ARC pin rolls are constructed from a single piece of carbon- or stainless steel bar stock. Extra wide rolls are built in modular sections on the same CNC machine, and every pin roll we is uniquely designed and machined to your specifications.
Our pin rolls provide full-length, positive drive to minimize belt damage and slippage while improving operating speed and performance, and prolonging belt life. They come in a range of drive configurations including:
- Bull-nose end with end change/discharge drive
- Center drive with bull-nose ends
- End drive with smooth pulleys
- Center drive with smooth pulleys
