It is the policy of ARC Manufacturing Company, Inc., Feasterville, Pennsylvania, to provide manufacturing services to our customers with a Quality level commensurate with customer requirements and the end use of the product. This requires strict adherence to the customer’s drawings and specifications. The proper coordination of all functions of the Organization is required to achieve this goal.
ARC’s Quality Control Manual, and supporting procedures, have been carefully designed to meet or exceed the requirements of the following:

Every gage and piece of equipment that we use to qualify product is labeled, calibrated at regular intervals, and documented in our GAGEpack software system. Visual Acuity is performed annually on our inspection personnel, and their proficiency and training is maintained and documented on a continuous basis. Additionally, proper maintenance is performed on all of ARC’s manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance, efficiency and quality.
